"I have worked in other high tech companies and I've never seen one as committed to diversity as IBM. Not just gender, but all aspects. But if you just focus on women, IBM has a female CEO, numerous female General Managers, and hundreds of female VPs and Senior VPs leading everything from Watson and Research to Cloud and Cyber-security. "I recommend IBM as a great place to work, especially for women. IBM is an example of a company that uses its size as a force for social good (check out IBM Policy Letter #4 on YouTube!) and is trying really hard to create delightful experiences for its employees. Not everything is perfect, of course - but I feel really good working for a company whose behaviors are based in a set of values and principles that align with mine."

"I REALLY appreciate the amount of flexibility I have at IBM. While it depends on your team/business - I've found my teams and managers to be very flexible and understanding of the crazy that comes with managing a life outside of IBM. While there is an expectation that I will be in the office most times, it's totally my call to define what those times are. I also find that I want to come into the office because I really enjoy spending time with my colleagues! "
