"In addition to work life balance, IBM encourages skills development growth opportunities across the organization, and for employees to design their career path. I know women that have moved from a technical career to one focused on marketing and strategy, and a marketing career to sales or development."

"at this time concerned about new sick day restrictions. For those with families employees will easily use up their allotted 56 hours taking elderly parents and children to drs appts. In the past we always used our flex hours to make up the time now it is a set time and once gone than what happens?"
