"If your manager does not promote you, look at transferring to another department if you want to stay. I'd look to spend two to three years here for your resume and then leave to go to another company."

"Flexibility depends upon manager. Most frustrating is that I just discovered I was eligible for paid family leave despite being told over and over that I did not qualify for it. They kept it from me that I was eligible through the state of California."
