"I had a great experience in the Marketing department at IBM with some wonderful managers. I worked really hard from home. However, the new CMO has recently called the entire marketing department back into the office. Everyone in Marketing must work in one of the six colocation marketing hubs. I was asked to move to NYC but I declined. Therefore, I am now looking for a new job. "
