      "I've only worked here for a couple of years and so far I've been impressed with the work to life ratio. Unfortunately, I've been thoroughly unimpressed with the bonuses/pay raises, etc."

      "Flex time, part time work, and work-at-home possibilities can be very beneficial. However, often times weekend, on-call and long hours are required which can interfere with work/life balance."
