"I work with some terrific smart women who are respected. They are generous in their support and mentorship, which is great. I do not feel that there are any cultural misogynistic tendencies here."

"There are a lot of great women here that want to help other women succeed. I'm very impressed by the amount of leadership and influence that's held by women here at IBM, and have witnessed these women in leadership roles mentoring and raising up others. I feel as if my opinions and ideas as a woman in tech are valued and encouraged - and that says a lot about the value of this gender-diverse culture."

"I feel enabled to take time off to go to an appointment, or work from home when needed. My team is global and a lot of meetings are remote, so working from home when I need to is not a problem. Likewise, my manager operates in a trust-based way; he doesn't mind if I'm not at my desk strictly from 9:00-5:00 so long as my work gets done with quality. Definitely a plus. "
