"I think for working parents (not just mothers), IBM is a good place to work because of the flexible hours. Most people at IBM understand the importance of raising a family and having a career. It helps to see mothers and fathers in lead roles, as well. They inspire younger working parents and they usually are empathetic to sick days, carpool schedules, etc..."
