"The culture is extremely flexible, in that you are set up to be able to work from anywhere, with a laptop, cell phone, and various tools that make it easier to collaborate remotely. However, because you're so connected and accessible, it can be difficult to separate work and personal life. Many employees stay connected throughout PTO, meaning they don't get as much R&R out of PTO. "
