"My position is a work from home job so it is very flexible with regards to working hours, time needed for kids (school activities, doctor appts, etc), time needed for on-line training, etc."

"IBM is a great working place specially for a mother. Superior will work out a flexible plan when there is a need for mother to attend the kids."
