"They do not value D&I here, not matter what they say. One woman in Sr. Leadership - This place is run by a top-down boys club. All decisions are made in a shroud of mystery by males who are trying to be to a larger solutions company but are still acting like a transactional job board by measuring sales folks on meetings and quarterly quotas. It is clear that they are out of touch about what actually happens in the field and what their clients need. I would also tell a candidate to be careful what you are "sold" in your job interview. I have heard of many bait and switch situations for new hires. In addition, the tout "unlimited" time off, but it is looked down upon and they fully expect for you to be checking email while out."
