"Indeed is interesting when it comes to
Culture, because the culture changes depending on which sales division you work in or which department you work under.
I work on in an environment where both men and women are treated equally, however there are other sales
Divisions where I have seen a completely unprofessional culture dominated by men. I would say to envision a Frat house.
Overall, I have worked with women who got pregnant in their first year. They were able to take full maternity leave, and come back that same year to get a promotion. Indeed promotes based on hitting your metrics, followed by leadership skills you possess. "

"If you are a woman of color RUN! This place is the equivalent of going into a time machine from the 1700s it’s so backwards. They don’t promote women to any leadership positions in sales and if you so much express that want a career path leading to management they will put you on a fake performance plan, take 15k out of your name so it’s impossible to hit quota, and make you feel so unwelcome you’ll want to throw up. Working there was the most unpleasant work environment I have ever been in . It’s a disgrace that as a company that specializes in recruiting they can’t even try to make women or diversity a priority. It’s a white boy club and a waste of time. "

"Working for Thrive Senior Living has allowed me to get back into the work force while still maintaining my role as a Mom to three very active boys! They understand that life happens and have been very flexible with me as I navigate both roles. I am not only encouraged but asked in an exercise we call roles and goals to make sure my priorities are family first and work second. I can say that I am able to do both in harmony. "
