"Working at Interbrand still means working with high-level, high-visibility clients — so it's still a valuable add to your resume. Find someone in leadership, whether they're your manager or not, to advocate for you early on, and you'll have an easier time — or, at least, someone to talk you through this. "

"Keep your head down and wait to decide whom to include in your tribe. Like anywhere else, there are some good folks, but the system often sets us up to be competitors with each other rather than supporters of each other."
