"I think these days JPM is much better towards women, but I wouldn't know about the pay (I think that still very much depends on a woman's ability to be confident and to negotiate same salary as a man). "

"It depends very much on the individual departments. For IT, preference is to have staff on-site most of the time, but for project managers, there is flexibility to work remotely at times, especially given the global teams. A candidate should always ask (but also know that what is advertised isn't often what is actually practiced). Best to inquire from employees already working there, they can give a more honest outlook."
