"I've worked at KPMG for 29 years and love the firm. I've been able to advance my career and the sky is the limit; however, you will work to get there. Leadership has a clear vision of where the firm is going and always invests in areas they deem are growing. If you are a woman, you will love the firm. Great with AWA, alternative work arrangements and flex time."

"There is a lot of diversity amongst the employees. In my group women and men are treated the same. My issue with this company is how sdmins are treated. We are the second class citizens. That needs to stop."

"Its a white male dominated environment. You have to be visible and assertive to get noticed. However, there are great opportunities to network and grow your career."
