"Flexible work arrangements are possible while still doing interesting and challenging work in finance/asset management/regulations. The maternity leave policy has changed recently and is 16 weeks paid, and additional 10 weeks unpaid. 5 weeks paid vacation a year. There is still not than many women in senior leadership positions, but the company is trying to change that. Flexibility and time off s a plus, however salaries are below financial industry average. I feel like I am sacrificing my career a bit, but I like the flexibility."

"Executive leadership gets it, and the new folks coming in expect it, but the middle layer has a disconnect on ensuring no uncounscious bias. It's time to use data to determine root cause and fix."

"Get a female mentor asap. This would have helped a lot to gauge the troubles that fellow female employees would have to face in the workplace."
