"Executive leadership gets it, and the new folks coming in expect it, but the middle layer has a disconnect on ensuring no uncounscious bias. It's time to use data to determine root cause and fix."

"Don't be afraid to express yourself. If things are getting tough for you, talk to your manager, talk to your mentor. Management would rather work with you and help you to succeed than have you walk out the door with no notice."
