"Women are respected here just as much as men. There are wonderful women in leadership and the firm culture, from the top down, is to always try to improve upon what we already have. I feel heard and valued as a female employee. "

"Experiences of working mothers here vary wildly - a lot depends on your particular office/practice area/supervisors. I personally have had a positive experience as a working mother of two young kids, both born while I was working here, but my compensation is lower than that of my male peers, even those with young kids, because bonuses are pro-rated for parental leaves."

"Policies, opportunity and culture vary greatly writhing the firm - by office and by department. "
"Not a bad firm for a very large firm and what it could be. Fair enough"
"Top-down commitment to progression of women to long term roles including partner. Meaningful leadership roles available to associates. Offers generous/market-based leave and flexible work programs. Above all, exceptional quality of lawyering is required in the long run."
