"I've been with the company almost four years. From when I've started to now - I've seen a lot of growth in terms of: how many female leaders we have, investments in dedicated training for women, and amplifying the voices of women at the company through our communications and marketing. As both a company and a brand, we publicly advocate for women's empowerment and it makes me very proud to be here. "

"Great culture, great people, iconic brand. I see a lot of opportunity for the company to invest in their technology And digital transformation. Some of the systems and processes are still very immature, this is not a sustainable approach (in my opinion) You will find a lot in Levi’s people that have been with the company 25+ years, whilst this is a testimony of how great is the company it can also sometimes limit innovation (not so much on the product side) but on technology, systems, processes, best practices etc. In general, it is great company I will recommend it 100% "
