"Make sure that you ask your manager what the flexibility policy is while interviewing. If possible, negotiate a work from home day (AWA) after your probation period ends. The process takes forever. "

"Marriott International absolutely hires and treats men and women equally. The environment when working in the field at the hotels, however, is not conducive for either men or women. It is very much a company that loses focus of the hotels, and pushes things on a corporate level, without taking care of its staff. Will overwork you."
