      "I had an executive leader tell me one time that work-life balance is for those below senior levels in the company and you know once you reach senior leadership that it doesn't exist. The company doesn't prioritize this and it will be problematic for younger talent who don't want to "pay their dues" with hours."

      "There are some leaders who cultivate the inclusive culture that I believe the core of the company believes in, including our CEO. In my years with the company, I've had some of the most amazing leaders who truly help to achieve equity. However, there are old school white male leaders who believe the hours worked is directly related to performance. Although I am not a working mother, comments have been made about working mothers not working hard enough or that I should take on more work and work more hours because I don't have children. It depends on the team and your direct manager on how aligned your work life will be to the company's mission of an inclusive environment. "
