"Varies widely depending on specific location. Some properties/management staff are wonderful, some are horrendous. I have experienced both. Overall, I have witnessed a great deal of support for women, and a large female presence in upper management."

"I have worked here less than a year. Very low pay and a constant reminder to stay under budget for hours. Lots of standing and no breaks."
