      "McMaster is extremely flexible with hours and leave time for all employees. The company provides both maternity and paternity leave, in addition to countless exceptional benefits. I have never had an issue leaving to take care of personal matters or taking extended time off due to family illness. "

      "I've had many friends take maternity leave here, and the company's policy is more than generous. In addition, they recently built a new nursing room that is quite nice and allows privacy for pumping. "

      "Depending on your department, the company has flexible schedules. Even without flexible schedules, they respect a normal 8 hour work day without lots of extra time beyond that."
