In general everyone is overworked and there is no work/life balance. Woman in general do not exist in leadership roles. There are only a handful of woman at the VP level, and one woman SVP.

There is no work life balance here. You will be penalized for requesting time to attend doctors appointments or worse, appointments for your children. Sadly, the woman in positions of power help keep things this way and are catty and destructive to other women. It's a toxic environment with no chance of advancement or recovery.

They allow for work life balance, but women are often over looked for leadership and management roles.
