"If you're interested in punching a clock with little encroachment on your personal life and little to no career growth then a Wealth Management non-Financial Advisor role would be a good fit. If you're willing to work hard or extra hours, looking for career growth and development, and you want a firm where you may be able to stay for a decade and establish a career, avoid Morgan Stanley Wealth Management."

"I am unfamiliar to flexibility within other business lines other than Wealth Management. Unless you are a Financial Advisor within Wealth Management, you have little to no flexibility."

"The maternity leave is generous. There are other women in the office that have had all three of their children while working at Morgan Stanley and felt the policy was very fair."
