      • I've heard the firm offers maternity leave coaching - not sure how to go about getting it
      • Maternity leave is triggered after being at the firm for one year. It has been very easy to coordinate and I am definitely thankful it is available because it's so rare.
      • Morgan Stanley offers 16 fully paid weeks off for new moms. They also offer 16 weeks off for adoptive parents.
      • 16 weeks is the USA allowance, i think its 28 in UK.
