"Flexibility really depends on what area you work in. If you are in a branch with set hours, your manager may be flexible but the schedule is fairly set. In some of the organization support or tech roles the schedules are a bit more flexible.
However, if something is needed or happens and you need to change your schedule, every leader Ive encountered have been so helpful and flexible in finding a solution. "

"The hours that the branches are open really help mother that have kids with daycare pickup and drop off. It also helps with after school activities as well. Working on Saturdays give the opportunity for women to also have a day off during the week to take care of things without having to take a personal or sick day."

"I love working here because I am a single mother of 3 girls and I also care for my elderly father whom has Dementia. Navy Federal has been so accommodating when my dads health declined and we had emergencies and almost lost him a couple of times. I was very new in the company and they allowed me to take time off to be there with my dad while he was in the hospital. I honestly have never worked for a company that is so compassionate towards their employees as Navy Federal and would recommend them to anyone. "
