"The company as a whole is great. The job itself is mentally draining causing burnout and there is little to no breathing time between calls and a strict schedule to adhere to and little to no relief being presented. "

"Navy Federal has a great culture, there are a lot of women in leadership positions and the opportunities for growth are equal between men and women (amazing opportunities). There is a wonderful parental leave program and the campuses have dedicated mothers rooms for pumping. Health insurance is also top notch. There are wellness centers on campus and you can make that dr your pcp and get all the basic stuff you need done. I get my yearly check up and well woman visit done every year for the first time in my life. "
