"Navy Federal is truly an equal opportunity employer. They care about work life balance, and help working mothers by providing paid maternity leave, plus they provide pumping rooms and additional breaks upon return from maternity leave. In the career space, NFCU has more women working then men in all career levels from entry level to the highest position, our CEO. I have never felt signaled out because of my gender, and am proud to be a woman working for NFCU."

"Navy Federal is very flexible with their hybrid schedule, flex time for doctor appointments, and you get a paid personal day each year for whatever you need. This is a fantastic environment and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. "
