"I really enjoy the culture, and team I work with. My co-workers and management are very supportive. There isn't any discouragement when it comes to furthering my career or taking steps in that direction. Work life balance is great, I never feel like I have to choose work over my family, health, or mental health!

"Know the company is largely male and working towards more female representation in leadership and at all levels. You should be confident asking for what you want and need, and saying no and setting boundaries as you need to. Find a tribe of supporters and get involved in the employee groups to find your community."
