"As far as consulting companies go, this is the best place to be in my opinion, but while the company culture is amazing, realistically, work-life balance largely depends on the client. I've been on projects where the client is very understanding and supportive of the need for flexibility, but I've also been on clients that are extremely rigid and maintain a toxic culture. That said, leadership at Pariveda takes feedback seriously and when opportunities for improvement are brought to their attention, changes are implemented."
