"I think Pariveda is a great place for women to work. We are treated fairly, respected, and paid fairly. The pay scale is transparent and each level receives the same pay regardless of any other factors. "

"Each office has a unique local culture, but there are a lot of things that connect us across the firm. For example, we have groups and Slack channels for mental health, ethnic diversity, gender, and LGBT issues."
