"I enjoy working at PDL because of the culture. My managers are kind and great at sharing constructive feedback. They create a positive environment, which I greatly appreciate. PDL as a whole allows for a flexible schedule, and they are understanding when personal issues arise.
I also value PDL's commitment to DEIB. There are many inclusion groups you can join to get to know other co-workers and talk about these matters. "

"It depends on who your manager is and whether they advocate for you. Overall there are mostly white men in the VP C-Level positions."

"I have never felt so embraced for being a working mom with a very busy family. My leaders have always encouraged a "family first" culture and celebrated my involvement with my kids' extracurricular activities and my own involvement in ministry. And that involvement hasn't hindered my ability to promoted. I feel like a person first, and an employee second. "
