"So far I have not experienced unfairness based on my gender. I appreciate the flexibility all employees are given to manage their personal lives and I see that equality across men & women, especially pertaining to family matters."

"Started at PDL about a year ago at Chicago office. I really feel supportive from my team. I also think this company really invested in DEI network. You can always find a group that supports you and they consistently promote different inclusion network events through internal and public channels. "

"While we do need more women in leadership positions at PDL, I feel like I am treated fairly and with respect relative to my male counterparts here. We also do already have very strong women in leadership positions here, who help set a great example."
