"Peapod Digital Labs has an amazing culture that embraces women and provides flexibility. I have been able to work the hours I want plus be able to take care of my daughter as she is struggling through illness. PDL has an amazing culture (inclusivity groups, summer flex fridays, and fun times!)"

"PDL is working hard to try to empower women. There's a lot of work to be done, but it's a huge mission of leadership to make PDL an inclusive and diverse organization and create an environment where everyone can grow in their career. "
