"I think there is a huge push to hire women into leadership positions. I hope this continues to be the case. Career Development is an area they struggle in so it's important that you be on top of your own career progression in the company and proactively apply for roles internally.
Great flexibility and work culture. DEI&B is making great events that help me feel included as someone with a disability and a parent of a young child."

"I started as a contractor at PDL, joined full-time 9 months later, and within 1.5 years I was promoted into my current role. My manager always advocated for me along with senior leadership (both men and women). I felt I was set up for success and was given opportunities to grow my skillset. I love working at PDL for its culture, the people I work with and the work that I'm doing. "
