"Its a wonderful company to work for however it is not a desk job you are in a fast pace working environment and have to always be thinking on your toes. However it a job with much flexibility and always makes you feel like you belong. "

"I never feel like I am at a disadvantage being a woman or like I have to work harder for the same treatment. There is a lot of respect amongst all my peers and great opportunities to grow. "

"It is incredibly flexible some of the time, but not very flexible most of the time: meaning the hours are long and you have to be there for your shift, but if there are extenuating circumstances and you need to adjust your schedule, everyone is accommodating to make sure that happens. It's just not easy to achieve that flexibility all of the time. "
