"This company is outstanding. As a young woman, I was pleasantly surprised that we are treated equal as the men in terms of respect, promotions, compensation, leadership opportunities, etc. I can't imagine being treated better at a different company. I plan to stay here long-term."

"Pfizer is a great place to work. Due to the nature of our business, we work hard - we are providing life-saving drugs to patients all over the world. There is tremendous satisfaction in that. "

"The opportunities to advance really are endless. Throughout my career I’ve been given so many opportunities to develop, grow and impact Pfizer’s culture. It really motivates me to know that I am contributing one step forward to bring medicines to patients. The company's commitment to humanitarian efforts brings me as much pride as it's commitment to bring innovative, new therapies to patients. Another thing that amazes me is the courage and commitment of the women at Pfizer - so often they are working on life-saving medicines while facing their own health and family challenges. "

"Over the course of my 20+ years at Pfizer I have had many opportunities to adjust my work arrangements based on my personal situation. Not every role can allow for remote working or a part-time job share but for those roles where this is possible, my leaders have been very supportive. I was able to come back to work part-time after my daughter was born to help transition back to the workforce. When my daughters daycare closed unexpectedly I was able to change my work hours which allowed my spouse and I to split caregiving. When my father-in-law was in hospice care for stage 4 melanoma I was able to have a reduced schedule to support the family with his end-of-life care and now I am in fully virtual remote working situation which provides me opportunities to balance my own health & wellness needs with delivering business value."
