"Your experience in the company depends on what department you're working in. Generally speaking, people are open minded and committed to elevating the experiences of those with marginalized identities. Unfortunately our ELT doesn't accurately reflect the makeup of the colleague workforce at Pfizer. There are teams of people here at Pfizer whose entire jobs are to ensure that women, people of color, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, veterans, and differently abled people are given equitable and fair opportunities. All in all, it is a progressive place to work that is committed to bettering themselves. "
