"The opportunities (and needs) for female leadership at Pfizer are huge. Much of the upper leadership, specifically in technology, is predominantly male. That being said - our male allies at Pfizer are largely supportive of women and Pfizer offers a number of women-focused colleague resource groups. Personally, I work with a community of extremely talented and hardworking women who challenge me to reach my highest potential. I would like to see Pfizer continue to grow in its efforts to employ and retain strong female leaders."

"The day I have started working at Pfizer, the most important thing I noticed is the importance of "joy" culture and flexibility in your role to balance work and your personal life. I also really appreciate that each leader in the organization encourage you to speak up and share your ideas. This truly makes a workplace pleasant to work in. "
