"Pfizer is a great place to work. What I love most is that when work - life balance started becoming a hot topic, the culture shifted and it was not just women who benefitted, but the men, too. Many male colleagues took advantage of coaching teams, leaving a little early to see their kids play sports, or in a recital. You don't feel that this benefit comes with a price because so many take advantage. In addition, there are lots of women's teams and mentorship programs. There's still not equality in senior executive positions, but Pfizer has been closing the gap, and in my nearly 3 decades here, I've seen a lot of progress.
