"It’s possible to achieve good work life balance & to progress your career. It takes hard work & commitment. Lots of females achieving leadership roles but more importantly I know females are well respected & encouraged to develop with support. It’s a great place to work "

"The culture at Pfizer truly promotes inclusion and strives to ensure colleagues have a good work/life balance. When taking time off, especially when busy, I have always been supported by my manager to truly disconnect. I am comfortable doing so because there is also a fantastic element of trust where I know whoever is backing me up will do a phenomenal job. "

"I have a family and I know that comes first working at Pfizer. I work from home on days I need to be local for my child's school events, doctor's appointments and activities amongst other things. In my 12 years at Pfizer, I have had great managers who were flexible with working arrangements. The benefits and perks are excellent. I have had the opportunity to grow and work my way through several divisions at Pfizer. My leadership has always been invested in my development and growth supporting my MBA, PMP, Leadership development and many other certifications and on the job training opportunities. Pfizer is a great place to work - I couldn't imagine working anywhere else! "

"Pfizer is a great place to work. What I love most is that when work - life balance started becoming a hot topic, the culture shifted and it was not just women who benefitted, but the men, too. Many male colleagues took advantage of coaching teams, leaving a little early to see their kids play sports, or in a recital. You don't feel that this benefit comes with a price because so many take advantage.
In addition, there are lots of women's teams and mentorship programs. There's still not equality in senior executive positions, but Pfizer has been closing the gap, and in my nearly 3 decades here, I've seen a lot of progress. I've stayed because I've always been challenged, treated fairly, and allowed to thrive. "

"As a global company, I have reporting relationships spanning the globe. I am free to work from home, especially if meetings start early in the morning, leave work early to take kids to (fill in the blank -- sports practice, doctors appointments, music lessons, etc.) or for my own appointments"
