      "I've been with this company for about 1.5 years and I only have good things to say about this place. The culture is tremendously unique and really the work-life balance is just exceptional. I started a month after I had a baby and the flexibility they've shown towards me as a mom of a toddler + newborn during the pandemic has really been outstanding. The team is 100% women which is incredibly motivating and a great place to be at. "

      "The culture is based on a "boys' club" mentality. This is of course not applicable to all male employees, but in the Business Unit I work in it is very much the case that recognition, reward and promotion are based on either being in the boys' club or in the case of our team flirting with the manager. I have only worked in this business unit, so cannot speak for others, but the lack of professional respect, is extremely disappointing. New hires in our team are inadequately experienced and unqualified, but as there is a "yes" culture, these people are recognised and rewarded."

      "I think that it's a great place to work. It obviously depends on the team but the team I work for is led by women and many many team members are women too, so there is a great sense of camaraderie. When I started I was too scared to tell them I was pregnant at the time and didn't disclose it until I had my baby (it's a home based position so I really could get away with it) but I was so surprised at how supportive they were once they found out! Super great flexibility to fit life's unexpected moments and I really feel I can be myself with my team and at this job. I would highly recommend this company. "
