"Working here as a woman is incredible! We are treated as equals and asked for our input and opinions daily. There are no questions asked when a personal issue arises; they are very much in support of work/life balance!"

"Working at Philips is actually pretty good, there are things that make me feel a bit inferior than male colleagues but I believe that is because I'm in sales. I see many other areas of Philips that promote women. "

"The company is seemingly balanced and it is refreshing to see so many Women is leadership roles. But the benefits related to parenting (for both men and women) are slightly lacking, they could be a little better"

"Philips is a very stable company with a culture that encourages job growth through development and role change. The expectations and culture are driven heavily by local leadership as the matrix organization has many different areas that can vary by country, domain, policies, etc. Philips takes a proactive approach to embracing the humanitarian impacts they have on their employees, industry, and planet. They're not perfect, but they are always up to try something new. "

"My experience at Philips has been great so far - I think the culture is inclusive and supportive. I find that the behaviors and values that are spoken about are also supported by action. Specific things that stand out are mentoring groups for women, professional development sessions around International Women's Day topics, and transparency around goals to foster more women in leadership roles. I see leadership that is informed by empathy at all levels from the top down to my direct supervisor, and it has a positive impact on my experience as an employee."
