"I never would have thought I’d be working for a construction company, but Power Home Remodeling has changed my life. The hours are good, the pay is above anything I could have imagined, and the benefits rock. I don’t have a college degree, and yet I make over 150k a year. It’s amazing. Men and women have an equal chance to make the same money. "

"Working in a male dominated industry can be challenging but at Power, women are supported in so many ways. There are endless opportunities for growth and they provide all the tools you need to achieve that growth. There is no limit to your career path. Their family benefits are exponentially better than the average in the US, giving mothers 12 week paid leave and fathers 3 weeks. They truly value all of their employees and want them to succeed. "

"This company has changed my life. I feel supported in every way by my boss and the company as a whole. The compensation has allowed me to reach goals I never thought possible. I've experienced upward mobility and support around furthering my own career from the moment I started working here. I manage all of the women in sales and have had the ability to help them further their own careers as well which has been very rewarding. Most importantly, I met my soon to be husband at Power and all of my best friends. This place will literally give you a life you never imagine if you work hard for it. "
