"In no way are any of the jobs here easy, but I can honestly say I’ve never been happier at a company before. I’ve been at Power for over 2 years now, and my life has completely changed. Ive paid off all my debt, I’ve made at least 50 new friends, and I’m continuing to explore new opportunities within the company everyday. It’s truly an amazing place to work. "

"This culture is based on hoisting each other up so everyone gets a seat at the table. We'd rather build a bigger table than prevent others from having a seat. In a short period of time, I've had more opportunities with Power than I did in the 6 years I spent with my last company and being a woman has never once stood in the way of my growth and success. "
