      "Maximize the paternity, fertility, vacation benefits but know that to progress and be seen as a top rated employee long hours are required and little flexibility culturally will be tolerated. They have equality based flex policies however much of the current leadership is unwilling to embrace new ways of getting work done. "

      "I’ve been working at GNation for 5 weeks. Everyone – from an HR specialist to my department’s boss – seem to be real experts at what they are doing. "

      "Take your time when deciding what business, function, and role you go into. There are female heavy departments and male heavy departments and the culture is drastically different."

      "There is a lot of support, at least in Cincinnati, for working women and mom's. P&G provides excellent flexibility and when I come to work I am able to bring my full self. "

      "Like all large companies there are gender imbalances to manage. But when they occur, there is a great process and system for navigating them. As a whole P&G really does try to walk the talk"
