"Flexibility exists in the realm of people can generally work from home when needed. There are some pretty bad micromanagers at Pru with nasty tempers, so it's really a team-by-team basis. Hours are an entirely different subject. Depending on the priorities of your leaders (directors/VPs), you can put in endless (and thankless) 12+ hour days. "
