"Maternity leave is 16 weeks paid at 100%. It is very top heavy with a lot of baby boomers in senior management and other mid-level roles because they’ve been there 30 plus years. A lot if reorgs and changes to the companies strategy and objectives. A lot of lay-offs. However, some groups have supportive management and flex-time. Technology is outdated. Prudential is slow to execute objectives, projects and launch successful products."

"This isn't the place for you if you are a hard working, smart and ambitious woman who isn't afraid to voice her opinion. They talk endlessly about diversity, which would be great if it wasn't all "check the box" lip service. All important roles are held by old white males and not because they are the best talent in the firm. "
