"Be specific about what you want and need and set those expectations up front. The few women I've seen who have managed to maintain a healthy life outside of work and their own wellbeing are the ones who are very vocal about their own boundaries and very strong in maintaining those."

"In theory there is quite a bit of flexibility, but in reality most groups within the company expect results that can't be delivered without making up for that time elsewhere. I have been very successful at Q but have had to sacrifice a TON in order to do that, and feel that the expectations are based on that of the typical man with a stay-at-home wife, not of the average working mom."

"I haven't noticed anything specific about being a woman working at Qualtrics. As much as I hate it here, I do have to concede that in my experience, I haven't noticed or been the victim of sexism. Although honestly, that's the lowest bar and shouldn't even be something to note as a pro for ANY company or organization."

"I'm in an external client-facing role, and your services are sold to clients in hourly packages (this just got slightly changed, but the spirit is the same). So your work is really dictated by whether the clients are satisfied and whether they are giving you more things to do, when THEY want to meet, etc. You don't have much control over your own schedule."

"Its a great place to work, there are multiple women leaders that have been promoted up. The strength of the women network at Qualtrics is unlike any other place I've seen. Women leaders checkin about other women even though they have no direct organization connection. I'm super impressed. "
