"The women in the organization are very supportive of one another and try and engage all employees across the US. For example, we just completed a three month long women only book club on the book "I Know How She Does It" "

"Be hard as nails. The company is male dominated with no women in senior exec positions. To succeed, you'll have to create your own path and learn ways to engage. That said, the company is an exciting place to do good work."
