"The company has good intentions to create a more diverse work environment and even has company goals against it but it really feels like lip service. Hiring polices work against them as they have hard requirements for time in role and require certain degrees for most roles so they end up just hiring more of the same types of people in a diversity defeating cycle. "

"Qualtrics has a long ways to go in regards to diversity but is committed to getting better. Where we succeed is that we have a very inclusive/open environment. You are free to challenge the status quo and be yourself at work."
