"Some positions are very family unfriendly. Because of a rule that communications can't be sent to the company's staffing population before 5 p.m., the primary sender has to stay later to send everything. Often, she gets home to her husband and young son after 6:30 p.m. "

"Hard to network and share information with other employees. They prefer to keep you in the dark about what others are receiving. Expect hardball starting salary negotiations and when you "settle" with the expectation of yearly increases prepare to be disappointed - you get nothing."
